This makes it easy for me to find you the best deal. Negotiated Rate- The Negotiated rate guarantees Last Room Availability, so you can secure reservations even when a hotel is reaching sold out capacity, as well as a "walk policy" that guarantees the hotel will provide alternate accommodations of equal or same value if they are oversold. Plus, travelers using the negotiated rate will receive excellent customer service because my relationship with my hotel partners. NET Rate- The NET rates are obtained from travel wholesalers who purchase the rooms from a vendor in bulk amount making them available for only certified travel agents to sell. Though these rates are pre paid and non-refundable but the amount of savings can be tremendous. Promotional Rate- The Promotional rate is like having the promotional code they ask you to enter on the hotel website to receive a discount. My date base automatically plugs in the code to the hotel website and spits back the promotional rate to me. A lot of times it is the same hotel rate as the website but excludes the taxes and sometimes there are extreme savings. When booked most likely you will pay after your stay is completed. Internet Rate- Expedia, Hotel.com, Travelocity, Orbitz are a couple to name a few. These rates are never static. They are always changing. We have access to Expdedia, Hotels.com, and Travelocity's database to pick from. We only use these rates for our clients when the list 20% to 40% off which is very good.. http://www.jobsiam.com Last edited by theworldagency; 01-17-2009 at 11:17 PM. |

All I gotta say is that this will be my first time attending the Winter Music Conference, and I was worried about where to stay & getting the best possible deal... I'm glad I called Brian from running across this post on Cool Junkie..!! I'm up here in New York & am totally astonished at his level of professionalism. Point being that I booked WAYYY early with him so that I knew I had my accomodations set... He got me a room that was going for nearly $800 a night down to $528 per night!! I'll be staying from the 24th to the 30th!! As if that wasn't a good enough deal as it was... He 'just' called me back the other day & said due to the bad ecomomy the hotels are PUSHING better deals so he let me know that I can get that same-exact Luxurious room down to $355 a night!!! He was kind enough to cancel my other booking out at no penalty to me and booked me at the new rate for the same room!! I never knew that I could've even got a better deal!! BRIAN is the MAN!!! Party People..!! Now I have a whole bunch of dough saved for more FUN & the LADIES of-course!!! =) Highly recommend this Dude!!! -AgentX |

I just wanted to agree with that post 10000%!! I'm coming down from Toronto and this will be my first WMC. I was nervous about where to stay and had no idea about booking hotels etc, and Brian took care of everything! He got me an awesome deal combining flight & hotel. He replies right away and gets you the BEST deals out there. He even followed up to make sure there were no problems and that our reservations went through. I booked for the 23-30 and I couldn't be happier. Brian IS the man!! |

Agent X. You were a little too happy about that price - and with only one post it is hard to take you seriously but hey, everyone has to make a buck. The real question is what is everyone out there paying per night for WMC for a basic room in the heart of the action? Do I lock in now or do I wait longer to see if the economy is going to have an effect on WMC like it has on everything else in the world for the past 9 months? |

Check the Shelbore, they have some great special low rates they just added to the wesite a few day ago. They added a few standrad rooms (limited quantity) for $375 a night, not bad at all. This cost also gets you frre VIP access to all the parties at the hotels as well, and there are about 9 -10 great parties going on there from Noon - 5 Am everyday. Definately a great value. Check here to see all the parties you will have free access to as a confrimed guest at the Shelborne. Some of the biggest names in EDM: http://www.wantickets.com/affiliates/events.asp?id=619 and the Shelborne is right in the mix - 18th and collins, hottest area on the beach during WMC. |

thats great news to hear mbongiovi. the shelbourne is a highly demanded vendor and they have not been offering any sort of discount to the public nor to travel agents this year and have been tight as a snare drum. for those who are weary that this might be a scam, i am going to set this straight by posting the first page of my bookings. names and booking number are blacked out for client confidentiality. this is a real operation and we possess the best rates in the world on hotels. i use to be a promoter who was booking so many djs and doing so many fight and travel shares with other promoters across the country that it just made sense to start up my own agency. ![]() Brian Marshall theworldagency@gmail.com http://www.travelnetworkmarketing.net http://www.travelagencyinternational.com Myspace Travel Profile 214 336 1891 Office 972 233 9793 Fax |
